Perceval Institute

The Perceval Institute was built in the 1890s with its principal donor the Rev Sandford in memory of his wife’s late brother Perceval.

The charity was formed in September 1999 to enable the long term running and control of the building for its community. It is therefore entirely appropriate that the building is now to house as the Community Post Office.

The Perceval Institute has kitchen facilities and toilets. Bookings: Maureen at St Minver Post office on:

North Cornwall Cluster of Churches

The North Cornwall Cluster includes the churches of St Enodoc, St Michael’s at Porthilly and St Minver. In the cluster, there are also the churches of St Endellion, St James the Great at St Kew and St Peter’s in Port Isaac.

These are historic and beautiful churches in one of the most beautiful and sought after parts of Cornwall, and many visitors sense that in entering them – coming in off the beach or golf course, or having stopped at a local inn or just paused for a moment’s peace on holiday – that they have chanced upon holy ground.
