Polzeath, New Polzeath & Port Isaac Public Toilet Cleaning Contract

We are looking for someone to take on the Cleaning Contract of the public toilets in St Minver Highlands parish, St Endellion parish and St Minver Lowlands parish. There are six facilities: one in New Polzeath, one in Polzeath, three in Port Isaac, and one in Port Gaverne. The requirement is for a morning daily clean  with a top up afternoon clean in the Summer. Five facilities are open throughout the year, with the sixth facility open from April to October only. . Supply of Consumables, appropriate disposal of sanitary waste and legionella testing services are also required. This is a significant contract for key facilities in high profile locations.
